This exceptional property was formerly a school hall and has recently undergone full restoration and refurbishment.

The accommodation is in a fantastic location, being only a short walk away from the picturesque blue flag beach at Stone Bay and the seaside award winning sandy beach at Viking Bay. Also within walking distance is Broadstairs town, explore the independent shops, galleries, Bleak House, Dickens House Museum and mini golf to name a few. Planning a seaside foodie break? Broadstairs has an abundance of top quality restaurants, bistros and traditional ice cream parlours. The accommodation is also the perfect base for exploring East Kent's other towns, awarding winning beaches and beautiful bays. Margate and Ramsgate are just 10-15 minutes by car and the historic towns of Whitstable, Sandwich and the City of Canterbury are approx a 30 minute drive. Broadstairs train station is approx a 15 minute walk, so really ideal if you want to leave your car at home. The high speed train stops at the station and the journey from London is only 1 hour 20 minutes.
