A few items were either left from the owner or previous renters...cereal, milk, basic items...and much appreciated. The train/ bus depot was a 15 minute walk. Grocery store was 5 minutes.

Bright, trendy FLAT! Clean, spotless & newly decorated easy to feel at home in. STRICTLY NO SMOKING - do not smoke inside the flat. Garden area - ashtrays provided in seating area. Own entrance & parking space on driveway. Front door opens into living area. Sliding patio doors to own garden & decked sitting area. -Quick simple check in -Comfortable standard dbl bed & quality linen - Sofabed in living room *IMPORTANT -pls notify host if sofabed is needed -NETFLIX, WiFi, local shops on doorstep -Great for professionals & families (using sofabed) - self contained washing & drying facilities, iron. *NOTE: ONLY the GUESTS the booking has been made for, can spend the night. *We do NOT ALLOW* GUESTS to bring in more people than has been booked to stay and we ask GUESTS to respect and follow our house rules. - NO PARTIES OR EVENTS! - NO SMOKING in flat & DO NOT SMOKE in the FRONT PORCH AREA! - Be considerate of guests upstairs - Music should not be played after 10pm. It's the 3 of us, Bianca, Emily & Tony. We have two listings which came from converting a 3 bed house into 2 separate, 1 bed flats. (The property is a FLAT, not a hotel). We’ve done all the work ourselves and are very proud of it. When we travel we look for places we are confident will be clean & stylish. So we hope to offer guests the same. - We kindly ask our guests to be mindful of the home and leave it in a tidy condition. We are just minutes from the flats and can always be on hand if needs be. Please don't hesitate to contact us should you have any queries or in case of a problem. We can be reached via the message board on here or by text or call on the mobile no. (which we will provide in the message prior to your arrival). We are otherwise very happy to give guests their privacy.
Situated in a predominantly residential area of the city which has even better access to train station than most other central flats out there. Local shops 1 minute away with Lidl and Tesco express as well as 3 pizza take-aways and recommended indian restaurant. Nearby gyms Getting around Dedicated parking spot for the flat on the doorstep.
