The Retreat is a high-quality, three-storey holiday home placed within Dartmouth in South Devon. Inside there are two bedrooms which include a double with an en-suite cloakroom and a stacker room, along with a family bathroom, the property is able to sleep four people. The interior also offers an open-plan living room comprising a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The exterior comes equipped with a first floor decking boasting furniture. The Retreat has been furnished attractively to provide homely accommodation for families looking to explore magnificent South Devon. Please note that there is no parking at the property and no parking permit is provided for this property also. All bed linen and bath/hand towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own tea towels beach towels and oven gloves.Strictly No Smoking

Dartmouth, South Devon, is located in the South Hams, a very scenic and touristy part of the county. Dartmouth is one of Devon's most visited cities because of its proximity to the beautiful Start Bay coastline and its location within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are numerous well-attended events held there, including the annual Dart Music Festival, the Dartmouth Food Festival, and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta, in addition to the beautiful waterfront and historic, winding alleyways dotted with boutique shops, restaurants, and art galleries. A quick boat trip will take you to Dartmouth Castle, the Britannia Royal Naval College, and the National Trust's Greenway House. The South West Coast Way, the Dart Valley Trail, and many peaceful rural lanes make the area around Dartmouth ideal for bicycling and walking. Take the Dartmouth Steam Train through the picturesque countryside to Paignton, or take a boat or ferry across to Kingswear, on to Brixham, or down the river to the quaint village of Dittisham. Popular sandy beaches close to Dartmouth include Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands in the South Hams.
