The Sea Lynn is a magnificent 4 storey mid terrace Victorian house. We have tried our best to retain all the old features yet provide a contemporary modern twist to the decor and we hope you love it as much as we do. Although we are located only 100 yards from the seafront the Bay windows offer a magnificent partial seafront view. The guesthouse is located close to local amenities and a short walk to the Alhambra theatre, platform , play parks for kids, the beach ,town centre and indoor market.

We are an unmanned guest house that provides a self check in, with a pin and key safe entry. Please provide an email address and mobile number on booking so that we can contact you prior to your stay with the information needed for your entry. We offer room only stays but provide a shared Kitchen/ dinning facility. This is available to all guests and includes a Microwave and a hob. Not everyone wants to eat out and this provides the perfect place to unwind and relax. Every room has a fridge, Tv , tea/ coffee facility and En-suite. Rooms are modern, fresh and will provide everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. a real home from home. Room service is provided on 3 or more day stays. There is no reception but we offer contactless check in to keep your experience as fuss free as possible. However we are available to answer any questions you may have via whats app, email, text before or during your stay. We offer a minimum of 2 days stay with a non refundable rate or a refundable rate. We have no facility to take cash and so all transactions must be made via our website / booking website when making the booking via card payments only. Money will ...

Neighborhood info

An imposing 4 story Victorian mid terrace. Lovingly restored to retain many of the original features. The Sea Lynn is just a stones throw away from the beach ,with magnificent views over the Bay that change daily. The sunsets and sunrises are spectacular. A short walk into town. A 45 minute stroll into heysham village wont disappoint. 10 minutes walk from the train station or 2 minute walk to the bus stop. Lancaster and the lake district all within a short drive.
