The house has amazing river views from the lounge, 1st floor, main bedroom and 2nd floor bedroom. The garden has a great view of river from the top terrace. Relax in the garden having lunch with family & friends. Enjoy sitting on the bench in front garden with a coffee watching the yachts, boats, paddle boards & kayaks exploring the river. Fully equipped kitchen with open plan lounge and dining room. Downstairs toilet. Upstairs on 1st floor are 2 double bedrooms. Main bedroom with king size bed. 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower. On 3rd floor there is a bedroom with king size bed and a sofa so you can relax and enjoy the amazing river views and the Bodinnick ferry. Fowey is a fantastic place to go out for a meal, go shopping or go for a walk and enjoy some of the best views in Cornwall.

New for 2022. That’s why we don’t have any reviews yet. We promise you will have a fantastic time. Feb, March, Nov & Dec - Thursday, Friday & Saturday Check In. 4 night minimum stay. April - October - Saturday Check In. 7 night minimum stay. The Slipway, Fowey is a fantastic 3 storey house that sleeps 6, garden & front terrace. Sit on the bench watching the boats and relax, Perfect for families & couples. Children & pets welcome. We are opposite the slipway in Fowey so have amazing river & ferry views. A flat 5 min walk from the town. Car parking is available at The Old Station Yard Car Park a 3 minute walk (100 metres) from house. Watch the Bodinnick ferry while relaxing in the lounge. Go kayaking, paddle boarding. This beautiful 3 bedroom Victorian house was originally owned by the Treffry family from Fowey. The Slipway is opposite Passage Slip, this is where the Bodinnick ferry used to land. In 1971 the ferry moved to the slipway at Caffa Mill.
