Take a relaxing break in this beautifully appointed countryside annexe with entrance hall leading into spacious bedroom with king size bed and a well equipped kitchen with oven and fridge and a beautiful bathroom with large modern walk in shower, toilet and wash basin. The Snuggery is situated just outside the charming village of Broadclyst, you will be perfectly placed for all Devon has to offer; explore Killerton’s National Trust grounds, spend the day at Sidmouth or pop over to Nearby Exeter. Enjoy a cosy evening watching TV, or make use of the gorgeous private garden for evening drinks and meals. The Snuggery can sleep 2 adults comfortably with a travel cot available for babies on request. There is a parking space just outside, making this the ideal choice for your next Devon escape!
Broadclyst is located around 5 miles to the north east of Exeter City and situated in the heart of the National Trust Killerton estate. It is the distinctive “yellow cottages” that give Broadclyst its own unique character. Of the 240 cottages owned by the National Trust, around 30 are of medieval origin. Broadclyst boasts beautiful countryside and woodlands scattered with thatched cottages, steeped in local history. Broadclyst manages to remain distant from the city yet close enough to be handy for the large shops and other services. Facilities within the village include a village store and post office, (National Trust) Killerton House and Markers cottage, an outstanding network of local rights of way and footpaths.
