I grew up in London and Hertfordshire, where I now live. As a family we have always holidayed in Thanet as we love the sandy beaches and fantastic restaurants. For this reason we decided to invest there. I run the holiday let arm of our business, with a great team of local people. We deliver the highest value accommodation for both long and short term stays. We have a number properties in Thanet, London and Bedfordshire, and hope that anyone booking one of our properties have an amazing time.

St Malo House is a spacious three bed home offering the perfect location and accommodation for family getaways and business trips. Within 5 mins of St Malo House, you'll reach the promenade and can walk along the green spaces of Eastern Esplanade towards Margate Old Town, a relaxing 20-30 min stroll away. At low tide, the sandy shores of Margate Main Sands can be reached along the beach, from Palm Bay (7-10min walk), discovering rock pools and Walpole Bay Tidal Sea Bath along the way towards the Harbour Arm. The lounge has a SMART TV, free wifi and a large comfortable sofa. The kitchen is light and airy and has everything you need to cook a meal and includes a hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and washing machine. There are two double sized bedrooms on the first floor, one with a kingsize bed and lovely seating area and one set up with 2 single zip link bed (making this a double bed if needed), a TV and a comfortable seating area (perfect for the kids!). The bedroom on the second floor, has an ensuite shower room. , Up to 6 adults can be accommodated comfortably in the house.

Neighborhood info

St Malo House is within walking distance of both the beach and the local shops. It is a 25 minute walk into the centre of Margate where there are a fantastic range of cafes, bars and restaurants. There is a free parking space on the premises with ample free street parking available.
