Thanks for taking the time to look at my listing. This is a brand new one bedroom apartment a stone's throw from Guildford town centre and train station. I include complimentary on street permit parking, which is minute's walk from the flat's entrance. The property is perfect if you want to be in the epicentre of Guildford - close to the University, shops, transport and Guildford High Street (less than 5 mins walk). Couples, small families and business travellers are all welcome. The apartment is equipped with one double, one single and one sofa bed, accommodating up to four people. The living area has a sofa plus a single soft chair, and a 40" wall mounted TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home, including fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, pots and pans, utensils and crockery. The bathroom features a toilet, wash hand basin and shower, plus a washing machine for your clothes. The property is accessed via an easy to use lockbox on site. You will recieve access instructions including a video of how to get in via Booking ahead of your arrival. There are residents living in the adjacent flats, so this property isn't suitable for parties or as a place to stay after late nights out.
I am born and raised in Guildford, and spend about 2 days a week here managing my properties. I am generally very responsive to messages and will be on hand during your stay.
