Julian and Kate had left a very thoughtful range of breakfast options in the fridge and in the well equipped little kitchenette. Shower was amazing, the suite was tastefully decorated with all home comforts - and more. A short walk down to the picturesque harbour - an excellent location.

The quietude of the space was so right for me. Lizard Peninsula easy to get to and only took a few minutes.
I loved the Llamas and donkey pottering around the site.
Because the property had a balcony and good outdoor furniture. I could sit there and view the sea in the background.

Helston is a lovely little place. There are nice pubs and places to eat, especially the burger place called Boo Koos . A few good shops to peruse, would stay here again as it makes a good base for exploring the area.

I have visited Helston many times and find that the town is suffering from the results of the pandemic and its affect on local businesses. Having said that the area around is still full of interesting places to visit and nice people.

Helston as a town has been left behind. In poor shape.
Helston as a town has been left behind. In poor shape. However, the surrounding area is wonderful. Porthleven, small but very friendly and welcoming.
Location ideal for exploring the St Ives, Penzance, St Michael's Mount, and the coast from Porthleven round to Falmouth. Wonderful memories 💖. Thank you.
Nice flat. Hosts were very welcoming. Everything was provided for a self catering break. And some really nice touches with daffodils, shortbread and a G+T on arrival. Excellent wifi.
Lovely views. It felt very rural but was only a few mins from Helston town centre and supermarkets. Well located for walks along the coastal path with buses available just down the road. And handy for Penrose Parkrun on Saturday.
Enjoyed my stay.
no.52 B&B was a perfect fit for my visit in the Helston area!! Kim and the staff have an ideal location complemented with choice comforts top to toe! The breakfast was first rate, my room and the public space immaculate and most importantly, massive friendliness and welcoming spirit and conversation. *Bonus to be right next door to The Blue Anchor Pub serving up superior Spingo too!! For sure I'll return next time through 🤙🏼🌎👊🏼
Quiet bedroom. Bed is a double.
Clean and modern inside - old hitstoric building outside.
Near the centre of Helston - 10 minutes walk (left out of property) to a lovely old pub - the Blue Anchor.
Lovely woodland walk along small river on turning right out of property.
Kitchen well equipped.
Super big television - easy to use.
Large comfortable sofa.
Good wi-fi connection.
Good location. Great hotel team. Management very passionate about quality of service, nothing too much trouble. Food good, and quality service offered. Parking on the beach area, 10 mtrs from hotel. The location is remote, and really only thing there is the beach and the hotel, plus a few rental cottages. So quiet in the evening. Nice cafe next door, probably linked to hotel
Newly refurbished room with loads of space, a comfortable bed with nice linen, decent fittings and a modern shower room. Also good wifi and a smart TV, although the signal for the TV was dodgy. The location is a short walk from Helston should you wish to sample its somewhat sparse delights. They left an air-conditioning unit in the room which was thoughtful.
The location was excellent and we would certainly stay there again. Breakfast was excellent and one of the best we have had at a B&B. The room was large, bed extremely comfortable and we slept exceptionally well. World really recommend this B&B to anyone who wishes to stay in or near Helston. Kim and her assistant were extremely attentive and helpful.
The owners and all the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Very clean accommodation, fantastic food both breakfasts and dinner. Very pleased that the hotel has a private car park behind as well as available parking in the square.
The booking was made for our grown-up children so that they can be close to the cottage we rented. They had a wonderful time, breakfast was very good with service. Our children emphasized the kindness and friendliness of hosts.
It was tranquil - the rooms pristine - yet comfortable. Hostess queen of hospitality. Breakfast choices amazing . Location close to Helston and coast - accommodation s all on one level a plus.
Beautiful, peaceful rural location just a short drive to spectacular seaside coves with great beaches.
Friendly and kind hosts. Delicious breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.
Friendly hosts, spotless room, excellent breakfast every day.
Easy walking distance to pubs and restaurants in Helston, a good location for exploring the Lizard peninsula.
Beautifully presented. Very clean. Everything supplied to start the break off. The biscuits and my 2 favourite bottles of beer/ cider. Very close to helston centre.
