This beautiful 5 bedroom property is tastefully decorated and situated in Caerleon, Newport. Just a stones throw from the University of South Wales and St Cadoc's Hospital. Across the 5 bedrooms you will find 3 king size bedrooms and 2 twin rooms. Each complete with clothes storage and fresh towels laid on each bed in anticipation of your stay. The light and airy living/dining area can comfortably accommodate your group with ample seating so you can relax in comfort. The property has 2 bathrooms, both of which have walk in showers as well as toilet and basin facilities. Downstairs you will find a fully functioning kitchen and utility room, with everything you need to make this a home from home. The kitchen overlooks a large patio and garden area and in addition to this you will find a balcony with seating area to the front of the property. This home is a perfect destination for work or leisure and will certainly have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The property is located just 1 mile from The University of South Wales and less than 1 mile from St Cadoc's Hospital. You will find supermarkets nearby so you can stock up on essentials for your stay with Morrisons Daily just an 8 minute walk away or Sainsburys just a 4 minute drive/20 minute walk.
