Homely detached house in quiet Cul-de-sac ,just off regular bus service into City .Off road private parking, lovely views from bedrooms over garden and lake ,private bathroom, containing bath & shower for guest use only, Recently tastefully redecorated . Homecooked Breakfast with choices ! including special diet requests ,dining in attractive lounge with garden views ,tea and coffee making facilities in the room, guest refrigerator ,2 double rooms now bookable , Recently opened and proving a very nice place to stay according to the Guest book !! free WiFi ,free off road parking . 'Twenty' the little B&B that think's its a hotel just come and stay ! Suitable for 2 single persons requiring a room each,2 couples , 1 couple and children over 12 , friends who will be sharing the bathroom with the main room booker ,the rooms have refrigerator, attractive seating area for reading or relaxing ,
Although the house has dogs they do not go into the guest area ,they are friendly ,quiet ,However no one with allergies should book to stay here as obviously they are in the garden freely , Vicky is a dog show exhibitor and has vast collections of models .New Hobby Dolls House renovator! , loves Music, books, theatre and travel ,non smoker , I like people and think I can host good stays, I'm looking forward to starting as I've not been able to because of previous commitments ,its something I've always wanted to do and this house I'm sure will feel welcoming to visitors as I've recently decorated with my own style which most of my visitors seem to really like .I have a parrot that is quiet at night in my private rooms but will shout hello !
Hartsholme Country park 10 min walk ,local garage and shop . 10 mins by car to the City ,local taxis in area. Private cul-de sac ,quiet neighbourhood ,relaxing place with no noisy traffic passing by . Bird lovers will find it a treat the garden is always filled with song
