The neighbourhood The cottage is located in Oxwich on the south side of the Gower Peninsula, just a 5-minute walk from Oxwich Bay and its unspoilt, sandy beach. Fantastic for a morning jog, a leisurely stroll, paddling or enjoying a variety of water sports, the bay is a wonderful place to spend the day enjoying the fresh air and natural beauty of the area. If you fancy treating yourself, there’s also The Beach House Michelin-starred restaurant, right beside the water which is the perfect place for dinner after a busy day. Meanwhile, Oxwich village is a lovely, historic village with fishermen’s cottages, thatched houses, a medieval church and a shop (open March to October). If given advance notice, the owners of the property will accept and unpack grocery deliveries for you too.
