Lovely modern clean property in a good location only a short walk to the sea front. Comfortable lounge seating and beds and good size tv with streaming service. Also the property was well equipped with everything you could possibly need.

All the furnishings are new, all appliances and lighting are energy efficient and we try to keep environmental and ethical considerations at the forefront of everything we achieve. Our customers’ safety and welfare is of high importance to us and we have invested in quality smart technology such as NEST Protect Smoke and CO2 alarms, NEST Smart Thermostats. We have also installed quality appliances and have Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and Disney+ access and the kitchen is fitted with energy efficient American style fridge freezer, washing machine, condensing tumble dryer and dish washer. We are very confident our accommodation will fit your needs perfectly, all our homes are professionally cleaned and maintained to an exceptional standard.

Ideally located only as short walking distance to the sea front, beaches, restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Bus stop a couple of hundred meters away and train station 5 to 10 minute walk.

In a very popular residential area of Cleethorpes within a 5 minute walk to the Victorian jewel in Cleethorpes shopping/eating/drinking crown - Sea View Street, the sea front, beaches and 5 to 10 minute walk to the shops on St. Peters Avenue. There is wide variety of great places to eat and drink within less than 5 minute's walk. Bus stop a couple of hundred metres away, Cleethorpes Train Station approx 5 to 10 minute walk.
