No breakfast. The property is well located for a number of facilities for both eating and drinking and a small supermarket. The property was ideal for my purposes, just what I wanted. Comfortable, slept well. Well priced for what you get for your money. The host was extremely helpful.

A cosy flat with its own entrance, driveway and small outdoor space. There is a small hallway as guests enter leading to stairs up to the living area which consists of a two seater settee and a wall mounted flat screen television. There is a kitchenette and breakfast bar, complete with a sink, microwave, kettle, toaster and a fridge freezer. The bedroom has a double bed and hanging space for clothing. There is further space for clothes storage in the drawers underneath the bed. Next to the bedroom is a small shower room, toilet and sink. The flat has been decorated personally by the host to give guests a welcome homely feeling.
Kathryn relocated to Denbigh approximately 8 years ago after visiting the Vale of Clwyd many times in her caravon, enjoying walking through the beautiful landscape of The Vale, the close proximaty to the seaside and Snosdonia. She runs a homeware and gift shop called "Bob and Rose" which is directly beneath the flat. Being a keen walker, a lover of nature and having an interest in history, Kathryn finds Denbigh the perfect place to be.
Denbigh is a medieval market town with a close community and proud heritage. It is has a castle, choir, theatre, golf club, library, antiques centre, tennis club, fitness club, 1950,s museum and gliding club. Apart from Denbigh castle other historical places to visit include a friary and numerous churches and chapels closeby. There are more listed buildings in Denbigh than any other town in Wales, and between May and September volunteers lead a free historical guided tour of Denbigh every Sunday morning leaving from the statue of H.M.Stanley in front of the library. On the high street there are independant shops and small businesses, including a bakery, hairdressers, butchers, portrait studio, nail bar, cafes, takeaways, public houses and restaurant's.
