Wyvern apartment is a newly converted studio apartment situated in a small, quiet residential cul-de-sac making it an ideal location to rest and get a good nights sleep after your busy day out. The apartment was converted from an old disused detached flat roofed outbuilding in 2021 to a very high standard specifically with accommodating guests' in mind. No expense has been spared on the conversion with solid hardwood furniture throughout, spectacular bold Oak beams to the front and oiled hardwood oak cladding, a fully functioning kitchen and wet room with rain shower. Within the apartment there is a large wall mounted flat screen smart TV with Free view, unlimited free high speed WIFI and a small selection of games and books for your entertainment during your stay. To allow home from home style cooking there is a fully fitted kitchen with electric fan oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. The modern tiled wet room houses a rain shower, vanity unit and toilet with luxurious Cole and Lewis of London lemongrass and bergamot toiletries. Externally the apartment has off road parking, veranda with decking and an outdoor seating area which includes a smoking area. Electric car charger is available on request - extra charges apply and this service may not always be available. We recommend pre booking this service.
The property is ideally located in the town of Yeovil, in the South West county of Somerset. It is close to beautiful countryside, many great attractions and within a short drive of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site. There are plenty of local places to eat out at, including independent and chain restaurants and traditional country pubs. Yeovil itself has a high street or there is the fantastic Clarks outlet shopping village just a half hour drive away.
