Absolutely everything. The woodland setting, the cute yurt accommodation and the hot powerful shower was fab. The onsight cafe/bar is a separate business as explained but the two work fabulously well together, the staff their were lovely and food was great too.

Company info

You will have access to outdoor eating spots and a fire pit to use, and did we mention the 40 acres of woods already! The children won't be bored with a fun on-site Play Area, large Woodland Assault Course and Football Pitch in an adjacent field. And don't forget to say hello to our camp's pygmy goats and friendly sheep. The Woodland Cafe is situated on-site too and has a fully licensed bar and wifi access. Most of the site and several of the yurts are wheelchair accessible. Group bookings are welcome however during public and school holidays we do not allow groups unless it's a family related party. Unfortunately we do not accept all male groups especially stags do's. However if you are connected to a sporting group, family orientated activity, company event or similar then we are happy to take your group booking. Please note this is a peaceful woodland site so no loud parties or unsociable behaviour is accepted and your group may be asked to leave. Exclusive hires are available which would be more suitable for music and party events.

Yurtcamp Devon is a luxury glamping site set amongst 40 acres of beautiful Devon Woodland and no matter what time of year it's a picturesque setting. Venture for woodland walks, trial our amazing woodland assault course, listen to the birdsong and gather round the open fires. We are ever so close to Dartmoor, seaside towns, heritage sites, cycle trails and many outdoor attractions and activities.

Neighborhood info

Just eight miles east are the seaside resorts of Teignmouth, Shaldon and Torquay with many renowned South Hams beaches and facilities nearby. Other popular local attractions are Becky Falls, River Dart Country Park, Pennywell Farm, Woodland Leisure Park and Paignton Zoo. The local area is well known for its good food with many organic farms and specialist food retailers selling the best local produce. Also within a short drive there are many National Trust and English Heritage sites and properties. For those seeking more excitement there are many activities on Dartmoor to participate in, including river swimming, pony trekking, mountain biking, rock climbing and high-wire sports.
