This property is a 2 bedroom bungalow located at a prime location in Busumbala. The property is less than a 5 minute walk away from the main highway. The property is also a 15 minutes drive away from the Banjul International Airport so it is a super convenient property to book as your place of stay. Not only does the property have a large gate but the whole perimeter of the property is surrounded by a compound wall allowing our guests to have maximum privacy. Once you enter through the gate you will be met by a beautifully tilled property. In the courtyard there is also a gazebo (shaded seating area) which is ideal for relaxation.The property consists of: a patio where you can enjoy the sun while being covered by shade, a kitchen which is fully equipped with all necessary equipment, a dinning area with a dinning table and chairs , a fully furnished living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms consisting of walk-in showers which are connected to hot water tanks. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There is also a borehole on the property which provides 24/7 water access. There is a top up meter for the electricity which can be topped up by the guest when needed or by the host upon request at a cost.
Banjul International Airport is 15 minutes away from the location, 7 minutes drive to Lamin, easy commuting to other locations as the property is located in a prime location
