Central position, safe district, quiet place, near parking. The facilities more than your own home. Details chosen with lots of love (lightening, kichen stuff, espreso machine...). The view and the silence could not be explained by words. It was the acropolis made to enter into the flat, not vice versa 🙂

Renovated loft in the historical center of Athens. A superb panorama of Athens, a direct view of Acropolis and other historical monuments and hills of the city,like the Observatory seen on the muses hill -one of the seven hills of the city of Athens- and the more distant sea view ,all that seen from a 10th fl ( elevator to 9th then stair)50 sq m apt plus a small terrace and a balcony in an excellent location The apt-loft which has just been renovated in a modern and ergonomic way (separate bedroom with twin bed and a twin sofa bed in the open area ) is situated just above the pedestrian street and small square of the ancient church of Agioi Theodoroi ,which is considered one of the most important Byzantine monument of ancient Athens ,built in the 11th century. If what you want is a luxurious yet cozy apartment in the heart of Athens, this is the ideal place for you. Its strategic location makes it possible to explore the center of Athens and its surroundings, Acropolis, Parthenon, flee market, museums, cafes and bars at walking distance, yet making it possible to go home and relax noise free. The apartment’s view will make it absolute to stay inn and enjoy all it has to offer

I welcome you to that deluxe modern apartment with the best view in town!Honestly, by entering the apartment you would think you can grab Acropolis with your hands.It is a very relaxing view ,that can easily make you stay inn and enjoy your lunch, dinner(enlightened Acropolis in front of you) or watching a nice movie on the 4K flast TV screen (Netflix included) or just listen to the internet radio(channels from every country and/or type of music.During summer you can enjoy your coffee at the balcony .Me and my daughter Corina are available for you during your stay, in case you will need anything.
The apartment can be accessed very easily both from the airport and the port. The metro station (Panepistimio-red line) is a 2 mins walk. Also there is a private parking space (price not included). The building is situated in a small square, on the center of which there is a nice, traditional little church. Around the block you can find supermarket (Klathmonos square), all kind of restaurants (traditional Greek, street food, etc) and just next to the apartment a bakery.Within 2 to 6 min you can walk and find everything the historical centre of Athens has to offer.From small bars and cosy tavernas and restaurants to street food (souvlaki,falafel etc),cafes and crowded very in places ,as in Platia Agias Irinis square.From flea market , Monastiraki square and Plaka (the God's neighbourhood) to historical monuments and places of interest(Acropolis can be accessed either by metro -2 stops-or on foot (15 min) . Also there is easy access to the sea (Sounio and more)by bus next to the apt. (all details needed will be available in the guidebook, in the apt, where we recommend a lot of places to eat, drink and visit .This guidebook can be sent to you by email after booking also).
