This incredibly central yet splendidly-isolated 160m penthouse w/sunny terrace garden is ideal for experiencing core Athens (but also quarantining). Instant access to museums, entertainment districts, architectural walks, shopping&open-air cinemas. Unique belle époque aesthetic, Lykavitos views, total silence at night despite being between Exarheia and Omonoia squares. Fast WiFi. Huge corner terrace w/ flora and leafy pergola. Ideal for academics, journos, couples, flâneurs, architects, artists. This spacious, architect-designed and immaculately-equipped apartment features 1950s oak-panelled floors, Persian carpets; period Victorian and French gas-lamps, art nouveau appliques and period suspension-lamps; antique Egyptian, Tunisian and Indian wooden furniture from the early 20th century; original paintings and photography. The huge terrace boasts citrus, olive, walnut and acacia trees, alongside a hand-designed 1880s Parisian pergola, composed of over 500 individual pieces of welded metal.
