My name is Kostas Vasilakis and I have studied marketing and business management. Already being an owner of two successful villas and co-owner of designgraphic, a well known web development company in Greece, I started to manage other vacation rentals in 2012. Just 150m from the long sandy beach of Platanias and within walking distance of all resort amenities, lies charming Casa Rizatto. This three-bedroomed, 164m2 property has recently been renovated to a high standard and offers modern comfort in a superb location. With outdoor space to dine and relax, beautifully designed interior and located in a prime position for effortless accessibility to the resort, beach and Rethymno town, Casa Rizatto is a home from home. Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge”, requiring a fee of 10 euros per night from March to October and 4 euros per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.
