We stayed for 10 days (2 families with 3 kids in total). Welcoming and support by Giannis was fantastic. He was there for whatever we needed. Super quiet, with everything that a family needs (also a lot of toys for our kids!!). Spacious rooms and big pool. Laundry and drier for our clothes were super useful. Very close to Damnoni beack but also to Plakias and other points of interest in South Rethymno. We would definitely stay again.

Rentado, founded in 2022, is located in Rethymno, Crete. The founder - Manousos, whose mother was one of the initiators of the Holiday Villas institution in Crete, is a Tourism Management graduate who has been involved in the vacation rental industry for 20 years. Having worked in his family business, Villas Lefkothea, and at Pepi Boutique Hotel as a Front Office Supervisor for many years, he recently began adding more villas/apartments to his portfolio. His main concern is to enable the owners make the most of their property and the clients have a well-rounded accommodation experience. Rentado has the full management of all the rental accommodation it represents, knowing the area they are located very well so it can serve as your during your stay. Rentado incorporates only selected accommodation on its platform which have previously been evaluated as to the high quality of accommodation and services they provide. Whether it is a villa with a swimming pool or a city apartment, you are bound to find the accommodation that will meet your needs. We are constantly looking for ways to evolve, for travelers and owners, providing the best possible experience to everyone.

Peace at last in our four bedroomed spacious villa, just off the beaten track set in 8 acres of olive grove in the foothills of mountain Kouroupa, bordered by a bubbling stream, just you, the mountain views, nature at it's best! Less than 1km from superb Damnoni beach and its neighboring bays, 2km from Plakias and 7km from Preveli, our villa offers a variety of activities and places to visit in a very close distance. Villa Drosia easily accommodates 8 with four ensuite bedrooms each with its own private balcony. It has a fully equipped kitchen with indoor and alfresco dining complete with barbecue for those evenings under the stars. Villa Drosia is fully air conditioned, and boasts a beautiful fireplace for those wishing to take advantage of our off season offers! There is wifi connection, satellite tv and full laundry facilities. Villa Drosia is suitable for families with young children, for those seeking comfort, space and peace away from the hustle and bustle. It is in a perfect position for special interest groups such as walkers, yoga groups, artists etc.

Neighborhood info

Damnoni is located 35km south of Rethymnon and It is a popular tourist resort, very well developed and organized. The beach that stretches in front of the resort is a long bay with beautiful turquoise waters and coarse whitish sand. Plakias is located 2km from the property, in the fertile valley formed at the exit of Kotsifos river, which has water all year round. Plakias was a small village in the late 19th century, which in recent decades has transformed to a popular resort. Within short distance from Plakias, you can visit the mountainous villages of Myrthios, Selia and Asomatos, which retain their traditional features and have amazing view to the South Cretan Sea. You can also visit the famous Lake of Preveli, the monasteries of the area and hike in the Gorges of Kotsifos and Kourtaliotis. In Plakias, you have many choices as the small town is very well organized, hosting plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping centers, water sports, scuba diving schools, organised beaches, rented bikes and many more. The area has all basic infrastructures such as marina, shops, banks, petrol stations, surgery and dental practices, pharmacy, post office, etc.
