The apartment will have been cleaned prior to your arrival.
The apartments will be cleaned two times per week.
Air conditioning is available at EUR 5 per day and heating is charged according to consumption.
The washing machine is charged EUR 6 per use.
Towels and sheets are changed twice per week. If you require them to be changed more often, there is a 3 EUR cost per person.
In order to make the reservation, guests are kindly requested to make an initial deposit of 20% of the total amount of payment via PayPal or bank transfer.
