the stay was perfect! it is an amazing house for a get together with friends ☺️ the host was soooo nice and she made everything perfect for us (even came to the house within minutes when we had an emergency and offered to drive us to the hospita - she is really so sweet and caring). the pool area is really relaxing and the house is huge! on three levels you have multiple very well decorated rooms and the outside area offers a lot for sports fans! overall amazing 🤩 p.s. the best thing was probably the peacock 🦚 we called him Hannes, he was our best buddy

My name is Kostas Vasilakis and I have studied marketing and business management. Already being an owner of two successful villas and co-owner of a well known web development company in Greece, I started to manage other villas in 2012. Villa Belle is set in a private field and it’s layout is ideal to accommodate families. This 400 sq.m., three-storey property provides all essentials for a self-catered holiday that the modern traveller can think of, combining comfort, style and amenities. Five spacious bedrooms mean this vacation rental can accommodate 10 guests in beds and can host groups of up to 12 if necessary. Located on a hill next to Atsipopoulo village, Villa Belle panoramic sea views from any angle of the garden, verandas and balconies thanks to its elevated position. You will be able to enjoy the views of Rethymno town, the fortress, the mountains and the exquisite sunsets over the Cretan sea. Totally isolated but very close to everything, Villa Belle allows you to unwind in peace or take advantage of the villa’s location close to Rethymnon and explore the nearby beached and villages.

Neighbourhood information

The villa is situated just next to the village “Atsipopoulo”, a well known village which has flourished in the last 10 years and now is actually a small town in itself and a suburb of Rethymno. With an abundance of amenities Atsipopoulo nowadays has all kinds of shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and services. The villa's positioning is ideal for people who relish a quiet place to relax but wish to be close to everything. Furthermore it is a great base for making excursions around Crete as the main national road is only 2 minutes away.
