Villa Belle has been distinguished with the 2024 Tourism Awards Bronze for Familly Villa of the Year. Villa Belle is set in a private field and it’s layout is ideal to accommodate families. This 440 sq.m., three-storey property provides all essentials for a self-catered holiday that the modern traveler can think of, combining comfort, style and amenities. Seven spacious bedrooms mean this vacation rental can accommodate up to 14 if necessary. Located on a hill next to Atsipopoulo village, Villa Belle panoramic sea views from any angle of the garden, verandas and balconies thanks to its elevated position. You will be able to enjoy the views of Rethymno town, the fortress, the mountains and the exquisite sunsets over the Cretan sea. Totally isolated but very close to everything, Villa Belle allows you to unwind in peace or take advantage of the villa’s location close to Rethymnon and explore the nearby beached and villages. -Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge,” requiring a fee of 10 euros per night from March to October and 4 euros per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.

The villa is situated just next to the village “Atsipopoulo”, a well known village which has flourished in the last 10 years and now is actually a small town in itself and a suburb of Rethymno. With an abundance of amenities Atsipopoulo nowadays has all kinds of shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and services. The villa's positioning is ideal for people who relish a quiet place to relax but wish to be close to everything. Furthermore it is a great base for making excursions around Crete as the main national road is only 2 minutes away.
