Villa Maria is a 130 sq. mt. villa, the main house consisting of two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one being en-suite) and an integrated spacious kitchen and living room. The guest house, right adjacent to the main house consists of a bedroom with its own en suite bathroom. Each bedroom can accommodate two guests. Outdoor amenities in front of the main house include 3 lounge areas and an outdoor dining area for six guests all with sea and canal view. Villa Maria also has a private pier of about 10 meters.
In one of the most sought after locations of Porto Hydra Village, Villa Maria with its pristine location boasts breath-taking views of the sea and the canal. Porto Hydra Village is located in the north eastern region of the Peloponnese, a two and a half hour drive from Athens by car. The Venice of Greece or Greece’s Miami is a small private community of over 300 privately owned villas worth the visit all year round. Built around a man-made canal network that connects to the sea, Porto Hydra Village overlooks Hydra and Dokos Island. From there, guests have easy access to Hydra, Spetses, Poros, Dokos, Ermioni and Porto Heli.
