Live the luxurious life of a village, the life of Crete! The villa is built on a small hill and consists of two separate houses. On the upper floor there is a large three bedroom villa of 130 sqm. The villa has a spacious living room, children's room, office, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. The bedrooms have comfortable double or single beds. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people (6 adults - 2 children). All electrical equipment is brand new and high tech. The villa is protected by surveillance cameras and an alarm system. Outside there is ample parking space, the communal swimming pool and a communal barbecue stove with dining area. The use of the barbecue is on request and only if weather conditions are suitable. The villa is the newest in the area. The views of the bay of Mirabello are breathtaking. The distance from the sea is 350m. The distance to the town of Agios Nikolaos is just 9 km - 9 minutes. Within walking distance there are many traditional Greek taverns, pharmacy, petrol station and cafes.
