Newly designed with attention to detail & modern amenities aiming for an unforgettable stay, Voda Luxury Residence is located only 550 m from Larissa Metro Station & 700 m from Metaxourgeio Metro station, making it very easy to navigate around the city. This open plan apartment with a mezzanine is 39 sq. m and is located on the ground floor. On the ground level you will find the living&dining area with an open plan fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa bed, 43'' Smart TV, a stand with stools, an open closet as well as the bathroom with a shower, while on the mezzanine you will find the double bed which is equipped with a "stress free" mattress. The mezzanine is connected to the ground floor through a spiral staircase. The kitchen includes a mini fridge, stove, espresso and filter coffee machine, microwave, kettle as well as all the necessary kitchen and cooking utensils for preparing meals. The apartment is equipped with a secure multi lock entrance door and Air Conditioning.
