Brand new - first season tropical 230m2 Villa on a property of 1600 m2 with extra privacy, terraces, huge garden and heated swimming pool! This spacious tropical Villa is located in the heart of the small village Bale and is just a few minutes walk away from the very center where you can find bars, restaurants & super markets.

The small city Bale is an old and picturesque place. It's surroundings are paradise on Earth for all connoisseurs and lovers of olive oil and excellent wines. In its immediate vicinity, olive groves and vineyards are intertwined together providing beautiful scenic views, whilst their fruits give the whole area a special charm. Lovers of active and adventure holidays will not be left empty-handed. The entire region, including the Bale surroundings, is crisscrossed with cycling and hiking trails that will delight both beginners in poorer shape and avid cyclists and trekking enthusiasts. For all cultural Lovers close to Bale are towns that preserve historical monuments and sights such as the Church of St. Fosca, the Roman well, and a number of fortresses. Bale gives off a special atmosphere and is an inspiration to a number of the artists who live and create here. Numerous events throughout the summer attract visitors who can enjoy different art forms, especially music.
