Come and spend a magical vacation in a two-room apartment of 75 m2 in a quiet area on the outskirts of the medieval town of Labin, several kilometers away from the sea and beautiful beaches. Apartment is situated on the ground floor of a family house surrounded by green garden and olive grove. It consists of hallway, small bathroom and two bedroom with double bed. Kitchen, dining room and living room are joint together in a single large space with an exit to a private terrace decorated with flowers and greenery. Apartment is very comfortable for accommodation for 4 adults ( oror accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children). Our family lives on the upper floor of the house so we're always at your disposal for any demands you could have or even for a joint barbecue. The neighborhood is quiet and specially convenient for families with children. We are pet friendly-on request. The apartment is located in a quiet part of the village - a street away from traffic jams. The apartment is only 10 minutes away from the sunny pebble beaches of Kvarner pearl - Rabac, and 5 minutes away from untouched nature and rocky beaches in Prtlog. If you are interested in diving and scuba-courses, the nearest scuba-center is only 15 minutes away in Sv. Marina. The nearest riding school is only 300 meters away. Old town city square offers many cultural, historical and gastro events, and is only 5 minute walk away. The most famous event is Labin Art Republic which lasts troughout July and August.
