65 square meters, 2 bedrooms apartment with spacious open plan living space (living+dining room+kitchen) gives you perfect flow and space to relax. Apartment ARGO is fully equiped and completely renovated in March 2020. Ideal for couples or friends, for 2 or 3 or 4 adults or family with children. ALL KINDS OF PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED, SPECIALLY HEN AND STAG PARTIES !!!! Lots of light all throughout apartment thanks to large double windows in each room and small balcony (perfect spot for morning coffee in shade. Smoking is NOT permitted). Orientation is West/North (both bedrooms and living room are situated on West and balcony and dining space are facing North). Nice view from 8th floor and also no street noise. Facade is recently renovate including new thermal and sound insulation. Air condition unit 5,5 kw cooling strength. Large TV with 120 programs, FREE WI-FI at high speed all throughout apartment. 1st bedroom is with ONE QUEEN SIZE DOUBLE bed and 2nd bedroom is with TWO SINGLE BEDS. Bathroom is equiped with shower tub, sink, toilet and washing machine and free toiletries. We love all people and welcome all so LGBTQ+ travellers are welcome of course. IMPORTANT RULES ABOUT PETS: ONLY SMALL DOGS ARE ALLOWED BUT ONLY ON PRIOR REQUEST and approved by owner.
Apartment Argo is owned by married couple, age 50+. My name is NENO. I will be welcoming you upon arrival to show you around apartment and give all necessary information. I will be at your disposal during all your stay with us in Apartment ARGO. I will be happy to give you advices if you need any information about destination as well as any other kind of help. English is main language for our communication.
Located in close vicinity of city center or popular beaches. Building is situated in vivid lively neighborhood but quiet at the same time. Apartment is in walking distance (15 minutes) to Riva promenade and Diocletian's palace (1,5 km). Apartment Argo is 800 meters from sea coast area/waterfront area or to be exact if interested in most popular beaches: 1,3 km to Trstenik beach; 3 km to Žnjan beach or 1,4 km to Bačvice beach. In very close range there are several large supermarkets and grocery stores, pharmacy, main hospital and emergency unit. Public transpotration available in 100 meters distance. If coming by car: Free public parking in front of building (IF AVAILABLE) with limited space as well as many parking spots around building and along the street (one lane is parking in large part of neighbourhood ). We can't guarantee that parking spot is available at any specific hour so be prepared to check around neighbourhood!!!!
