Company info

Vesna talks to the guests via rental site about everything they needs and makes reservations. She and her husband Marijan are also their host, the owner of the apartments and they live in the house on the third floor. We are available to our guests and ready to help whenever they need it. We can help you in arranging daily trips to dalmatian most beautiful islands ( Brač, Hvar, Šolta, ect.), rafting on the river Cetina, visiting Krka national park, sailing on the private boat on your private tour, visiting Blue Cave, Blue lagune, beach Bol ( Zlatni rat) on island Brač.

Property info

New and modern design luxury apartments Budimir are built 2017 and 2018 years offers accomodation in Podstrana, beautifull little city by the sea, very near to Split center and historical Diocletian' s Palace (only 9 km distance). All units include a balcony or terrace with sea views, TV flat screen, free parking space in front of the house and free Wi-fi. There is also kitchen equipped with a fridge, stovetop, kettle, microwave and oven.There are 6 apartments : two on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor and 2 on the second floor. At the ground floor our guests can use a barbecue with big table for 8 person and kids playground (trampoline). Welness and tennis center is 300 meter far from apartments. Only few minutes by walk there is a market and restaurants.

Neighborhood info

This locality is known for its rich cultural heritage and beautiful beaches. It is good to have vacations here because there is no better feeling than to wake up with the view of a once quiet and sometimes shaky sea, in a peaceful neighborhood. Best way of transportation is to use uber. It is very cheap and always on time. If you want to rent a car, we can help and arrange it for you. Day excursions to the islands, sailing by private boat, visit national park Krka, can also be organized (when you come to the villa and see where you would like to go).
