Dear guests, if you are looking for a place to wake up to birds chanting, where privacy and hospitality are highly valued, where you can expect warm and kindhearted welcoming, than this is the place for you. The flat has an entrance area, a spacious modern living room, dining area, fully equiped modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, spacious terrace coming from kitchen and anotherone with grill in the garden. The apartment has satellite TV and free wireless Internet. Also guests have free parking in front of the apartment. We don't check on our guests, we give them full privacy but are here for whatever they might need. We are looking forward to see you!.
Hello, we are Alen and Petra, a young couple from Labin and owners of the listed apartment Chiara. We normally communicate with our guests via writing. Since we are currently absent and live in another city, my mum Suzan will welcome you and take care of everything you might need.
The apartment is situated in small place called Presika. It's peaceful and quiet. Guests can enjoy 2 restaurants is a minute away from the apartman. Old town Labin which is the center of art and culture with all the best restaurants is only 2 minutes away by car.
