"Holiday house" is your place to stay in Zadar. It is new decorated, 15 minutes walk from old town and close to everything you need (market, bakery, bank, post office, coffee bars) In the house there is 3 sleeping rooms,living room/kitchen, 2 bathrooms and outdoor terrace with barbecue and gazebo. Capacity is 6 persons. Bathrooms is equipped with shower cabin or Bath tub. In the kitchen there is a fridge, dishwasher, place to cook and place for wash the dishes. The kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster. Possible to use outdoor grill. A TV with satellite channels is available, free wi-fi internet connection and air condition in living room. Ventilators are available in the bedrooms. It is non smoking house. We will welcome you and give you directions wherever you want to go. Our guests can reach us on phone or mail 24/7. 
If there anything you need don't hesitate to ask. It is close to everything you need on your perfect holiday: market, banks, post office, only 15 minutes walk from town bridge and old city. The nearest beach you can reach by car for 5-10 minutes. In walking distance is the famous basketball hall and indoor pool. Have a nice holiday!
