Absolutely super apartment with balcony and a sea view. The place was spotlessly clean and was modern with excellent facilities. A very well equipped kitchen, lovely seating area and a large comfortable bed. Plenty of clean towels etc. Excellent sound proofing made it very quiet at night-time. Very good position in the middle of Porec. I would definitely return to this apartment when visiting Porec in the future.

Comfortable apartment located in the on the third floor in the city center of Porec can accommodate 3-4 people. The nicely decorated apartment offers the guests a sea view from the balcony. It consists of a bedroom with double bed, a living room with sofa bed for two additional guests, an equipped kitchen, bathroom with a bath and a washing machine. The balcony with sitting area is overlooking the rooftops of Porec and offers the guests a partial sea view. The location of the apartment is ideal for guests that would like to explore the city center and the old town of Porec by foot. A parking spot is included in the price and is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Pets are not allowed. In this ideal holiday destination you can enjoy many activities or just simply unwind from your daily routine.

Neighborhood info

Downtown Porec includes the Old town of Poreč and the area extending to 600 m from the start of the famous ancient Roman street called Decumanus. The area "Center" includes: the Old town, the new part of the town near the new post office, and the area of Massa Lombarda. The Old town cannot be reached by car, while other areas are reachable by vehicles or by foot. The city is therefore surrounded by several parking lots to be used for a fee. There are several beaches north or south of the Old town, 1-10 minutes reachable by food depending of the location of the apartment, one beach in the Old town and one beach on the Island of Sv.Nikola. In the area called "Center" there is a large supermarket called Billa and several small shops, cafes, restaurants, clothes' shops, a bus station, a marina, a museum, galleries, a public library, historical sites, two post offices and two churches, one of which is on the World Heritage List of UNESCO. The Old Town is suitable for those who, in the summer, do not mind a lively city life, backpackers and travelers who continue their journey to Venice, Triest, Ljubljana and Pula. While Massa Lombarda area is perfect for those who are bothered by the city noise and want to be close to the old town and a few minutes walk away from the beach. Massa Lombarda is an area that is nearest from the beach of Pical.
