There are two apartments in the house and the owner lives on the ground floor. Covered parking is in the front of the house. *Apartment Andrea for 4 persons with a surface of 55m2 is located on the first floor and it has been partly completely renovated in year 2013. It consist of a living area with a modern kitchen and dining table, two sleeping rooms with double beds and booth with acess to the nice covered terrace with see view and garden furniture, bathroom with tube/toilet. Wifi internet connection is availaible. *The apartment Andrea A2 for 2 guests is located at the ground floor with a living area of 30 m2, consists of kitchen with dining table, shower/toilet, one double bedroom and covered terrace with sitting furniture by the entrance. Air condition and wifi internet conection are available and included in the price.

Neighborhood info

Novo Naselje is the area located south of the city centre of Porec, about 10-15 minutes easy walk to the old city center. Brulo and Naftaplin Beach is only 300 meters away. Vicinity of a pine forest offers the possibility of relaxing in the shade. Nearby is the Riva Mall, where the SPAR supermarket is located. The city can be reached walking by a promenade, bicycle, as well with small tourist train. Area for a quiet holiday but also close to town.
