Nicely decorated hotel everything spotless room cleaned every day. My husband celebrated his birthday while there and we were sent a bottle into the room which was a lovely touch. It’s good location close to town centre and hill was manageable! Cavtat itself is stunning. Some nice restaurants option of water taxi into Dubrovnik nice walk around headland amazing views. Luggage store on last day made things easy for us. And v close to airport 7/8 min drive €20 no hassle!

The central area of the town had little attraction, The pubic conveniences
have a payment system involving a walk to a pay station and then use
of a scanner to verify payment. Sadly I could find no evidence of any scanner near the entry door. Thus someone wanting to use the facility
could have paid one euro with no result other than enhanced anguish
still unrelieved.
That said, areas away from the centre seemed much more tranquil -
with a gentle lapping of the shoreline by Adriatic waters.

cavtat was a small and friendly resort which as I was travelling alone
felt very safe to me. Many eating places along the front provided
plenty of choice for eating. The bus to Dubrovnic every hour was a bonus
and the water taxi option was also very nice. Duprovnic was lovely for a visit with many shops to browse. There were nice walks in Cavtat also and
the chance to swim in the sea if you wanted to. I have been to Cavtat
twice this year as I liked it that much.

A town made up predominantly of holiday apartments, restaurants and bars. We were there late in season, October. Imagine very busy at peak season. New marina under construction. Good selection of restaurants and bars.

Cavtat is a beautiful Old Town. Laid back atmosphere, friendly restaurants staff and many beach nooks with sun chairs
There is a lovely promenade to stroll on going all around the bay.

Great location to visit Dubrovnik and Montenegro, which are well worth seeing but too busy to stay in.
Cavtat peaceful, convenient and very pretty. Some great places to eat, Ankora, Boheme and Bougainvillea, but avoid Leut - try to entice you in with cheap menu that isn’t available!

Cavtat is one of those picture perfect places, great views everywhere and lovely walks, Lots of choices of boat trips to see the islands and Dubronik, also has tour buses and local bus service. It is so lovely and quiet, despite its size. Resturants have very low key music inside, so very peaceful. There are so many resturants to choose from for meals, all high quality and reasonable priced. If you like lots of noise, discos and nightlife this isnt for you
The best place we visited in any Booking.com property. We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was perfect for us 4 staying as a family. The place had a well equipped kitchen including a few basic condiments for cooking and drinks. We could walk to the town where there is a small market to buy fresh produce and seafood. The beaches are also within walking distance. The best - our amazing hosts who kept providing us with great tips and small gifts. Going to Dubrovnik is a breeze but I really am happy we chose to stay in Cavtat instead.
Very clean and comfy beds and pillows. Nice view of the little harbor. ( not the busy main promenade harbor which is a very short walk. This is a better location )
Wonderful staff all around. From Dora and other people at front desk to Maria at pool bar.
Vincent “Vinko” for a massage at the hotel, can not be missed! He is really good and very experienced. Massages in Croatia are very reasonably priced. It was the highlight of one if my wonderful days in Cavtat. If we had been there longer, would have scheduled another.
Breakfast was excellent. Nice variety of food. Reception staff was pleasant and professional. .Cleaning staff was friendly and did a nice job keeping the room tidy. Beds were comfortable and ample closet space. Location was beautiful with easy access to Dubrovnik by water taxi or traditional taxi. The hotel is built into the cliffs surrounded by a lush forest. The natural beauty is stunning. There is a scenic 3.5 mile walking / jogging loop from the hotel around the Cavtat peninsula to enjoy for exercise.
a small boutique hotel in a historic villa, immediately at the seafront; neat, clean, renovated; the owner family as well as the whole staff are extremely friendly and helpful; the hotel has a restaurant ( Dalmatija) which is excellent and also moderately priced. I felt very welcome in this setting and have already booked for a stay next year! plus, this hotel is located very close to the bus station, the boat pier, a pharmacy and a small shop; and Cavtat is really a small jewel!
Great location. Only a 5min walk from the beautiful Rat beach as well as Cavtat promenade which offered many restaurants, a small supermarket and departure for boat tours to Dubrovnik/other islands. The apartment was spacious with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, well equiped kitchen and a large terrace with a beautiful view of Cavtat. (We booked the 2 bedroom apartment). Overall a great accomodation with lovely hosts, highly recommend!
The facilities at Villa Lukas are by far the best we
have experienced on our europe travelling trip.
The pool, jacuzzi, gym and sauna are extremely well
kept!
The apartment common spaces have lots
of personal touches, a small book library
and a shared kitchen with a artist gallery and
small jewellery shop next to.
We have felt at home at Villa Lukas for our first
trip to Croatia we could not recommend enough!
This is our 2nd time at this hotel. The 2 salt swimming
pools are great. The hotel was able to supply us interlinking rooms again
which was great with our kids. Breakfast has a wide selection.
The town of Cavtat is beautiful and a huge recommend if visiting Croatia.
The hotel also organised ATV safari which was worth every penny as we had a fantastic time.
Most of the staff are very nice and helpful.
Nicest place we stayed in our 8 days in Croatia. Lovely location in a lovely town very close to the airport as we stayed here on our last night in the country. Very modern design and renovations within the last 3-5 years. Our host Tea was very friendly and accommodating and arranged our transport from the ferry dock in Dubrovnik and to the airport. I'd recommend to anyone.
We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is clean, modern, and has eberything that one would need for a short stay, plus a great sea view. On top of that Miho communicated perfectly and reacted quickly to any request we had. It is a short walk from Cavtat, which is a wonderful place well worth exploring, , and a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik.
Absolutely loved the location in Cavtat! The rooms were beautiful and clean, and her balconies with a lovely views. There was a small kitchenette in each room, and these were very well supplied kitchen implements for light cooking. Also, the Restaurant Ivan, and by the same family, was an absolute delight, and we would recommend it to anyone and everyone!
The best hotel and staff we have ever seen. There's an amazing pool, super tasty breakfast every morning, spotless rooms, breathtaking view and very elegant interior. Hard to leave such a beautiful place and say goodbye to such amazing people. No better hotel in Cavtat for sure. Please say hi to the turtles from us while you there.
Well maintained and well equipped apartment just on the outskirts of Cavtat. The host was extremely helpful and available when needed by us. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. This was a great base to walk to town, meals at the superb restaurants and boat trips to Dubrovnik and other locations.
Accommodation was really good, clean apartment with apartment service - this was something new for us in Croatia, usually apartment services are only in hotels, so we was positively surprised. Good quality A/C with sensors on windows - A/C automatically turns off if the window is openned.
stuff, stuff and stuff only! i traveled all over the croatia, stayed in best and worst hotels, but i have never ever met such good crew and such friendly, polite and smiled stuff. they are the real gem in this hotel, specially tonci- head of rhe reception and people from the restaurant.
This place has an amazing view over Cavtat and even distantly over Dubrovnik, and nearby villages. Get ready for incredible sunset sights! Very cozy apartment with all the equipment and amicable host. A total recommendation!
Lovely little boutique hotel. Fabulous location. The rooms are small but thats all you need as you arent in them very much at all.
Breakfast was really good.
Highly recommend it all .
Cavtat is a must stay in place.
It had stunning views from every direction. We knew one room would have a balcony, but we also had a shared deck with seating area at the front door. We had easy access to all the best of the beautiful Cavtat.
Great apartment if you do not mind a safe but steep 10/15min walk down the hill to reach beaches/restaurants. Cavtat is a nice location for a mix of relax and daily trips to explore south Croatia.
Beautiful converted villa overlooking Cavtat harbour. Decor, food, service all impeccable in a small, boutique hotel that made it feel very homely and welcoming. Staff were delightful 😊
