This 3-bedroom villa is designed for 7 people and is the ideal choice for a relaxing vacation with an outdoor pool and a panoramic view of the landscape. The 3,000 m² garden will be enough for carefree children's play, and the good news is that the villa allows pets. Immerse yourself in the charm of the idyllic countryside and spend an unforgettable vacation in the heart of Istria. The interior of the villa is 200 m² and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is an open space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a living room. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for preparing various dishes and drinks - oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and washing dishes will certainly be made easier by the washing machine. We know that cooking is not complete without music. That's why this villa has a stereo system. The living room with TV will be an ideal place for afternoon relaxation or movie nights. On the 1st floor of the house you will find another living room/game room with TV, pool table and access to the balcony. This room will be ideal for children and teenagers who want privacy, and considering there are 2 TV's in the villa, there will be no fighting over what to watch. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a guest toilet. All bedrooms are on the ground floor and have double beds and large wardrobes for storing clothes. 1 bedroom has an exit to the outdoor terrace. Of the 2 bathrooms, 1 is on the 1st floor and the other is on the ground floor.

As much as the interior of the villa seems perfect for relaxing, it would be a shame to spend all your time inside. In the courtyard of the villa there is a large garden with a children's playground, soccer goals and of course a swimming pool. While the children are playing or swimming in the pool, you can keep an eye on them from your outdoor residence - the summer kitchen. In addition to the stove, there is also a wood-fired grill. Meals prepared in the summer kitchen can be enjoyed at the large dining table. And if you want to have some fun after lunch, there is a ping-pong table at your disposal. Add to all this the lush greenery of the rural landscape that surrounds you and you've got your dream vacation. Since there is only greenery around Villa Pianta, you might think that there is no sea nearby. But this is not the case. The nearest beach is just a 15-minute drive away, and the same goes for the Istrian coastal towns of Poreč, Vrsar and Funtana.
