Apartman je smješten u visokom prizemlju što olakšava dostupnost, a opet je dovoljno visok u odnosu na ulicu na koju se pruža pogled iz apartmana. Što se rekreacije tiče a na udaljenosti od 1,5 km se nalazi Park Maksimir sa velikim brojem staza za šetanje, bazeni Svetice otvoreni za građanstvo te nogometni stadion Maksimir. Ulica u kojoj se apartman nalazi je prometno jednosmjerna što osigurava potreban mir. Osim gradskog parkinga za automobile u ulici koji se naplaćuje u razdoblju od 7-22 sata u krugu od 150 metara se nalazi i podzemna gradska garaža "Kvatrić" koja je od 0-24 otvorena. Lokacija apartmana je vrlo povoljna jer je od glavnog trga udaljena 2,9 km što se može propješačiti kroz 20-ak minuta ili koristiti javni prijevoz tramvaj čija se stanica nalazi na 100 metara udaljenosti.
