The location of the place is nice - close to some small but beautiful beaches.
The Guest house has nice garden with small swimming pool.
The apartment was on the third floor with one bedroom and a small living room with kitchenette and a balcony. The bathroom was big enough but had no drainage outside of the shower cabin which led to bathroom floor filled with water.
As a whole it was a clean place.
Ivona - the translator/cleaning-lady and was nice and helpful.
Just a few steps from Jaz Beach and a 18-minute walk from Plise Beach, Apartmani Zaton features accommodations in Zaton, with a garden.

Clean, new, very well equipped kitchen. Located close to the entrance of Zaton Resort, where you can go to the beach (walk about 10 min), if you pay the entrance fee (4 Euro). Small apartment (one bedroom) in the attic is not recommended for tall people. The two-bedroom apartments are very well organized for families with children.
Right behind the house is a bakery with hot bread and doughnuts open from morning till evening.
Parking in front of the house.

It is the best apartment you can stay in, felt like home to us with a much better view than we are use to (oh, the sunset! You have to see it!)
Presentation photos are real. You can feel the cleanness by the scent of the air. Beds are very comfortable. Balcony is ideal setting for breakfast, for sunbathing in the afternoon and for dinner with candles while stars are falling. Kitchen is very well aquiped. Beach is spitting distance away - you're accessing to it through the mini field in front of the house. Host is very welcoming; she even let us overstay one extra hour in the morning for we are very grateful.
Definition of recommendation forever!
Natural landscape view Penthouse apartment with garage and 2 balconies offers accommodations in Zaton, a 17-minute walk from Plise Beach and 1.3 miles from Punta Beach.
No real beach around. You have to drive everywhere and all the beaches in the area are suitable only for kids (shallow water) but with sharp rocks frequently.
no restaurants, bars, cafes...you have drive to Zadar (some ok places in Nin)

The sea is mostly muddy, you have to go a far away to swimm in deep water. There is only 2 restaurant close to the beach and 2 bar. One is mostly closed. Free shower is fine. The shops are missing, you have to go by car to Nin. Holiday resort is heavily guarded :-), you have to pay, but inside is nothing to do.

Nice historic town center with only a worn few buildings, which is a bit sad as one may still expect some 'lost places' touch.
If not in town, at least close by, one may find several:
restaurants, which offer more or less great genuine food;
groceries stores, bakeries etc. (look for Croatian wine and beer!)
beaches (sand, stone, some almost too flat, fishing, snorkeling)
marinas
historic buildings etc.
The infrastructure is very good, great for driving around.

Zaton resort is great for kids, I'd absolutely recommend it.
Zaton resort is great for kids, I'd absolutely recommend it. Full day pass is about 4€ per adult, Kids enter free of charge.
Public beaches are also fine but not as well maintained as ones in the camp.
The place itself is nice and peaceful to walk around. Nin is very close by car and offers some more amusement.
It was very close to the sea with a great beach that has a bar, pancakes, restaurant, bakery, toilet, etc. The beach was sandy and had low water level – great for kids. It also had a net for volleyball and umbrellas and deck chairs. Also jet ski and pedolinos nearby. The apartment was nice and clean. Apart from the balcony it also has a garden with comfy deckchairs. The apartment has air conditioning and is overall great. There is also a fireplace outside with grill tools and a table with chairs. Free parking on the property.
Great apartments in a calm place managed by a family. Has private parking. Good for families.
Nice pool with sunbeds and tables to sit with the family near the pool.
Some cold beer and ice-cream offered to purchase at the pool.
Picturesque view of the mountains and sunsets from the balcony (apartments nr. 8).
About 10 mins to the public beach or a paid with different attractions.
About 20 mins to Zadar by car.
About 5-7 mins to Plodine super-market by car.

I like the set-up with the mobile homes around the pool - every veranda has a good view of the pool - our mobile home (nr. 4) had a very nice view of a mountain range. The lady at the reception was very nice/helpful.
It is close to the town of Nin, which has some good restaurant options and close to the beach of Zaton
It is really close to the beach, like 5 min walking, so if you have kids, that is nice. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for 6 people and 3 kids. Really nice old lady and her husband who rent this, they don't really know English but we managed to understand each other.
Every thing was perfect en nearby all nice places to visit . so max driving was about 15 to 20 min the rest was shorter .
one of the best restaurants was like 2 minutes walk away from the Villa so super add on to the place . Also lots of privacy.
Pool was also perfect .
Sanja was an extremely nice host and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
The apartment was spacious, clean and equipped with everything that you need. A beach with fresh water showers is accessible within short walking distance.
We liked the location facilities and surroundings.
It's very close to a bakery, mini market and restaurants.
It has private parking.
The house is very comfortable and clean.
The owner, Gordana is very nice and attentive.
We enjoyed our holiday there.
Really nice, tidy and comfortable apartment with pool in quiet and good location (close to city centre, city beach and Zaton holiday resort). Hosts were amazing, friendly and caring people. Definitelly recommend
Everything was great, especially the pool because we had apartments with access to the pool. Very hospitable hosts, this is exactly the place where you want to come back again
