Okrug island is one of the rare remaining oasis of tranquility of the Split area, and by being situated on its southern side, where our home is located You get the opportunity to dive into total vacation mode from the second You arrive. Be it enjoying the morning rituals like coffee or tea at the balcony and watching calm sea, getting touched by the sea breeze in the afternoons, and/or spending quality time with friends and family, there is no doubt You'll make some memorable moments for life. The apartment is situated on the first floor of the house and you have it all for yourself. Also, a free parking is just in front of the apartment. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 toilets and 3 balconies, one kitchen, kitchenette and a living room for you to use, so you can relax and enjoy in your holidays.
As we are a family who is in this business for more than a two-decade already, during that time it became more than just a 'job'. A lot of our guests were coming back from year to year and not a small number of them became our friends, too. We enjoy meeting new people and we are doing our best to provide them a place for full enjoyment and an opportunity to make their vacation memorable, while constantly improving and enriching ourselves.
Also, we very much respect the privacy and needs of our guests, therefore, you can enjoy your holidays in complete serenity, with no fear that someone will interrupt it.

Our home is situated in quite calm and quiet area as this is the almost the furthermost neighbourhood of the Okrug Gornji settlement, situated at the southern, the sunniest side, with the best view. Still, the Okrug centre is located only a kilometer away, and local bars, restaurants, shops, etc. are all within walking distance (10-15 min). There are also 2 beach bars even closer, you just need to step out of the apartment and get to the beach. There is a walking path throughout the whole beachfront, in length more than 4 km, all the way from cove of Tatinja to the Mavarčica settlement (Mala Draga cove). Old town of Trogir is some 5 km away, offering even bigger range of activities, be it renting boats, excursions to the surrounding islands, or simply enjoying the small and narrow streets thousands year old. Also, if your option is a flight instead of driving, the Split airport is some 10 km away which literally means the Adriatic sea and you are only few hours away from each other. Sounds like a solid plan :)
