Villa Ellen Sophie is located in Vežnaveri near Poreč, Istria County. This is a 4-bedroom house on two floors. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, 6 km from the center of Porec. Villa Ellen Sophie has a fenced private courtyard with parking. The ground floor has a living room, kitchen with dining room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The kitchen contains all kitchen appliances such as oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with shower and bathtub. The house is also equipped with various amenities such as a washing machine, 4 air conditioners, SAT-TV and WiFi. In the courtyard there is a terrace with an outdoor fireplace and a large table. Villa Ellen Sophie is divided in half. The front part of the house (with pool and fenced parking plot) is for guests only. Guests have the private entrance. The rear part of the villa is not rented to guests.
