Comfort, beautiful nature, sea view, warm weather, modern furniture, large pool. This is exactly what Villa One Zadar offers. Luxurious and modern villa with pool is located in a small village in Debeljak, only 4 kilometres from the town of Sukosan and has 267 m2 of living space. The sea is only 3 kilometres away. You can refresh yourself in the endless blue Adriatic Sea on the beautiful stone or pebble beaches. The fenced villa is fully air-conditioned and with 4 bedrooms is ideal for 8 to a maximum of 12 guests. All rooms also have electric shutters and WLAN. On the ground floor, in addition to the open-plan living concept, there is a spacious entrance area. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the adjoining terrace with swimming pool and outdoor kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has state-of-the-art appliances, a large fridge/freezer including ice machine and is located directly next to the dining room. A large wooden table with seating for 10-12 people invites you to linger and is directly adjacent to the cosily furnished living room. This room is equipped with a TV, a Sonos surround system, a PlayStation, an electric fireplace and a comfortable sofa, which can also be used as a sofa bed. On the same floor is one of a total of 4 bedrooms, with a luxurious double bed, TV, built-in wardrobe, fully equipped bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and WC. From this room you can also enjoy a fantastic view of the pool and nature. On the ground floor there is also a separate guest WC and a small room with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron.
