Villa Pi is a beautiful stone villa located in the village of Brečevići in central Istria. The villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 people, which makes it perfect for a family vacation. The interior of the house is equipped with modern and high-quality furniture. On the ground floor of the house, which has direct access to the pool, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a large living room with a fireplace. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. The remaining 2 rooms, both very spacious and equipped with double beds, are located on the second floor. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a private bathroom, so guests can fully enjoy their intimacy. Villa Pi offers a large swimming pool (50 m2), which can be heated at guests' request and at an additional cost.
