About this property
Stipe Residence is a family-run guest house in Podstrana which provides spacious, air-conditioned accommodations with large balconies overlooking the white sandy beach. Podstrana is a small tourist town only 4.3 mi from Split and it offers Mediterranean ambiance where the clear blue sea is just a few steps away from your door. You can start your day with a breakfast out on the balcony and enjoy the rays of sunshine over the sea. You can also prepare you own food from fresh local ingredients in your own kitchen. If you prefer to dine out, local and informal restaurants and inns serve the most tasty domestic food specialties. With the beach so close by, you can conveniently take part in a large number of water sports available. Alternatively, venture a little further afield and explore the sights of the old town Split. There you can visit museums, exhibitions and the Split Summer Festival.
