This hotel must have been an excellent place before the pandemic hit. I guess after pandemic due to lack of guests and no inflow of money the owner couldn’t maintain the place perfectly. Rooms are still great and the staff is above excellent, polite and very very helpful. View from the rooms and location of the hotel is great. Outdoors need big maintenance and cleaning. Landscaping was below average according to Indonesia standards. Water canals outside rooms have still water that was dirty and full of algae growth. There were lot of mosquitoes due to this still water. Management must do something to circulate the still water because it is spoiling the beauty of this place. Restaurant food needs improvement. We ate lunch here and the food was below average and expensive. Water park is good but same like other parts of the hotel it needs some cleaning and maintenance. Best thing about the hotel is room amenities and staff behavior. Staff is super polite, helpful and welcoming. Keep up the good service and pay attention towards maintenance of outdoors.uniashishIndonesia
