Clean, quiet, beautiful setting and cottage, amazing breakfast, comfortable bed. The owners were so kind and personable and we can’t thank them enough for their thoughtfulness and conversation. Nothing could have made it better.

Lovely hosts, a sweet, funny dog and gorgeous breakfast in high-end quality. We had a whole garden house for ourselves, as the owners only accept one booking at a time. So we had bespoke service with lots of great advice. Very quiet and beautiful location - perfect for relaxing. Great coffee and tea selection and delicious homemade scones on our arrival day. Supercomfortable bed. Tasteful decor, very nice big bathroom.

It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted at The Garden Room. More than a room, is a small house with a big, soft, and comfortable bed, exactly as shown in the pictures. The house is located in a stunning and peaceful place. Also, the toilet is big, new and you can feel better than home there. But the magic of this place are their owners, the kindest we found ever. Every day it is served a delightful breakfast that you can choose the day before. Be in mind that you are the only guest, which brings you the opportunity to have a nice conversation while you are there. Thank you so much for your kindness, 10/10 absolutely deserved!!

We arrived at The Garden Room and were greeted by our very friendly hosts Julie and Frank and their little dog Evie. The accommodation was excellent with a large double bed that was extremely comfortable. Lovely tea and scones were provided on our arrival. They were a delicious treat. Our choices for breakfast were a bit more varied than most and with Frank being an excellent chef, the breakfasts was delicious. The garden room is so tranquil and the surrounding scenery breathtaking. You could take some lovely quiet walks just outside their avenue . You are also very close to some lovely beaches. We had a lovely time there. Would definitely visit again.

If this is the end of the world, we are looking forward to it. Sleepy Hollow is at the end of the road but worth all the bumpy roads leading to it. After a long day of traveling we were greeted wholeheartely and with self baked scones. What a surprise. The room offers plenty of space and is very comfortable. Although the breakfast menu gave away a little in terms of the choices, we were not prepared to what we experienced the next morning at the breakfast table in the main building. It shows that Frank has been a chef for many celebrities and VIPs. Although each of us had a different coice each day, we did not complete the menu options and will have to come back. We had very nice talks and Frank and Julie even arranged for the road to be paved (well, not exactly just for us, I presume).
