Our second visit to The Nurseries and another very enjoyable stay. The location is perfect with Boyle and Carrick on Shannon only minutes away. The cottage is beautiful and very well stocked. Our hosts were very helpful and welcoming. We cannot wait to pay another visit.

The Nurseries was the home of the head gardener to the Rockingham Estate and is located 2 miles from the Lough Key Forest and Amenity Park. The Nurseries later owned by the McGahern family and is referred to in some of John McGahern's books.
