Staying at Windamere is an experience as it transports you into a different world. The location of the place is excellent where you are in midst of the mall road but away from its hustle bustle too. The property is uniquely designed and have retained the old world charm. The staff and food is personal and top notch. I would like to call out the staff as they went out of their way to make us feel at home. They type their own menu each day and it's something I would highly recommended one should not miss, both their breakfast and their dinner. The bar and the reading room are very regal so I enjoyed my drink as well.

Takdah has a lush green surroundings with a superb orchid house and tea garden nearby. It is just 3 hours drive from siliguri. There are several heritage homestays which made this place unique. People also are very friendly. There are almost all facilities that tourists want.
