This privately owned cottage is located in the hill overviewing Akureyri, only few minutes from the town centre. Comfortable and elegantly designed with amazing view. In the midst of beautiful nature in summer. Northern lights in fall and winter.
I am the mother of Astridur and Hallgrimur (born 2001 and 2003). We all love the outdoors, both in summer and winter. In the summer we hike and bike around the country. In the winter we ski! We bought this beautiful house to be our second home, especially in the winter. We love to spend time in the lovely town of Akureyri and enjoy the great skiing area of Hlíðarfjall. You can contact me anytime during your stay and I will gladly answer questions about the cottage and surroundings. I am also willing to share with you my knowledge of the area and Iceland.
