***due to maintenance work on the building there are actually scaffoldings outside the terrace that may compromise the view*** Fully refurbished loft in the heart of Porto Antico, perfect location to reach all the main amenities of the center at walking distance. It can host up to 4 adults but we suggest 2 or 3 for longer periods. Fully equipped kitchen is available as well as many other comforts like super-silent aircon, fridge, fan, smart TV and Wi-Fi (limited to 3GB per day) Open plan flat with a King bed (160x200cm) and a sofa-bed (140x190). Kitchen is fully equipped, with a table for up to 4 people. There's another small table on the terrace for 2 people only. A desk is available as well if you need to work, read or use your own laptop, Wi-Fi available with 3GB per day data. Bathroom has a shower, towels and hair dryer. Note: we can only provide a RECEIPT for your payment and NOT an INVOICE as we do not own a VAT code
We'll meet at check in and I will be always available during your stay via mobile. In case of urgent need I can normally reach the flat within half an hour max.
Flat is located in a modern block, and the surroundings are covered by private cleaners and guardians. You will stay in a privileged location in the heart of the city, between Yachts and cozy bars just few steps away from Porto Antico and the city center. You can reach most of the amenities by walking, but if you're tired METRO station "Darsena" is just in front of the building. If you wanna have a daytrip in the Riviera, you can take a train at Genova Piazza Principe railway station which is approx 800m far: up to you if walk for 10 minutes of take a one-stop ride with the Metro. Another option is to take a boat trip from Porto Antico to Camogli, Portofino or San Fruttuoso: that will be a great way to see Liguria from the Sea!
