Great Hotel, great location and lovely staff. Very Family friendly. They even opened the swimming area prior to the opening time for us, so our kids could swim.

Location, interior look, free minibar, parking available

The room was better than we expected, clean, spacious, bright, and fantastic value for the money. The staff were very kind and professional. The location is awesome, just a few minutes' walk to the central station. Strongly recommend

They upgraded us to their sister hotel. We didn’t stay here.

Great location, super close to the train station. The hotel is elegant. Rooms were super clean and full of amenities. I found it affordable. The breakfast was great. On my check-out day someone reserved the main room for a singer + pianist to play, beautiful.

The building is old so it has historical value, beautiful view over the piazza. don't expect modern room setting.

The location was wonderful, just in the center of Genova. The apartment was clean, the stuff was friendly and helpful.

Location was close to metro, coffees, bars, restaurants.

Quiet elegant little hotel in a great location.

Excellent Location and Beautiful design.

Everything was more than ok. The room was clean and spacious. When we entered into room it smells clean. Bath was clean and enough space.Locations is great. In 10 min by walk you are at Genova Bignole station and by 1 min you can reach piazza De Ferrari.

The hotel is in a great location very convenient to visit Genova. For the reviews complaining about the people around the hotel don’t mind them, you are visiting a large port city so yes there are people of different races hanging outside it is not dangerous,The walk from the Main Street to the hotel entrance is 50m And they have 24h staff at the front desk. The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean and have air conditioning and fans. The front desk is kind and helpful. If you are looking for a good budget accommodation this one is great.

Staff was very helpful and understanding as I lost my passport here and they helped me settle down and I requested them a print out of my lost passport which they got it done as normally I had very bag experience with Italians around but they gave me best service. Even they helped me find taxi and escorted me to the taxi stand which was very touching.

Very chic, lovely room and very comfortable. Very good breakfast in a lovely attic style room with balconies.

Great location, helpful staff, delicious breakfast

It's difficult to find decent accommodation in Genova, especially that isn't very loud or moldy. But the Metropoli was clean, remarkably quiet, very well located, and reasonably priced. Need to remember it for next time!

The hotel was in a very good location to visit Genova walking to the center. Wonderful stay and hotel very recommended.

Convenient location, well-maintained property. Staff was remarkably interactive and eager to accommodate any special requests. The superior breakfast is definitely worth it.

This room was very clean. The reception was helpful. All in all, I had a great stay.

Very friendly staff, well maintained rooms, easy to locate, pretty central
